All ticket offices accept payment by card.

Passenger Service Points

These are all ZDiTM ticket offices where the passengers can get a personalised SKA card.

The offered services include:

• topping up the SKA/SKR cards (sale of periodical tickets or topping up the e-wallet),
• sale of traditional paper tickets,
• receiving applications for issuing personal SKA cards,
• issuing personal SKA cards,
• receiving applications and issuing duplicates of the SKA cards,
• sale of bearer SKA cards,
• saving entitlements to discounts on the personal SKA cards,
• saving entitlements to the ‘primary school discount’ on the SKR cards,
• giving information about current tariffs, the transport system, the SKA system,
• issuing SKR and Honorary Blood Donors Card (only at ‘Brama Portowa’ and ‘Turkusowa’ points).

These are retail outlets (usually news stands and shops) where you can buy single tickets.
